We know that almost all children, even before they reach the age of four, watch TV regularly. This is why it is necessary to begin o educate children while they are still in kindergarden to be selective and critical receptors of media messages, This in order to make media use an active act with a definite aim.

As part of this education defferent types of mass media should be introduced (newspapers books, theaters, music, radio, TV, video etc.). It should also includi themselves, for example by working wih picture-stories, photos, slides, their own theatrical productions, making films and TV programs etc.. It is then very important to discuss and analyze this work.
