Seven weeks during the summer at the Department of
Biochemistry at Uppsala University.
I worked together with PhD-student
Tove Sjögren in
Professor Janos Hajdu's group
with X-ray chrystallography in a project concerning structure of
the metallo-protein cd1 nitrate reductase.

Eight weeks during the summer at the Department of
Medical Genetics at
Uppsala University. I continued my reseach trainee project
from the spring (see CV). It was a nanotechnique
project to make an two-dimensional array built from hexagons of DNA with a
diameter of approx 10nm.

Six weeks during the summer at SICOMP,
Swedish Institute of Composites. I participated in two projects.
Experimental studies of gas-solubility and mould filling
process-simulations with a prototype of the program
 .

| 1993 |
Five weeks during the spring teaching (filled in as replacement)
mostly for 7th, 8th, 9th grade students in Råneå. I teached in almost all
subjects: Math, Chemistry, Physics, Swedish, English and more.

August to December at
LIKO AB. I worked mostly in the assembly department. I also used
different trucks and tractors. LIKO makes stuff for hospitals such as
patient lifts, both mobile and roofbound.
