Computer knowledge:Word processors of different kinds (Word, Write, Claris), spreadsheet programs (Excel, Deltagraph) and other (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Fotolook, Canvas).
In the field of molecular biology I have for example used programs from the CCP4 suite and O for refinement of protein structure.
Simulation programs: pi - a processimulation program for mould filling in the composite industry and InsightII - for molecule dynamics simulations, and general simulations in Matlab, Simula, Arena, Powersim and Excel Solver.
I have also used AutoCAD - Computer Aided Design.
When it comes to Bioinformatics I have used BLAST and GRAIL during courses and I regularly use database searches, in for example MEDLINE and PDB-achives, on the Internet.
I know, or have known, Basic, Pascal, Fortran 90 and C++. I have my own homepage on the Internet so I know HTML pretty good. I have used Macintosh, Unix on Sun, Unix (IRIX) on Silicon Graphics, MS-DOS, Windows 3.x and Windows NT/95.
Miscellaneous:I have played football (soccer) as a goalkeeper since childhood, from the 3rd to the 7th division. I am very sportinterested otherwise also. I have easy to learn and have a sense of curiosity. If something is bugging me I work hard to correct it, sometimes even taking on a controversy. I am getting better at such situations, though, and have learned to evaluate sitauations before I storm in with my own ideas. I am used to handle groups of people, both delegating assignments and as a part of a team, in various situations from army life, student societies, boards and sports clubs.
