Basic offering - Adults

The courses within the basic offering contains 180 minutes and comes in three variants, but the same basic lesson.

• Basic lesson - Preparedness in the home - Open air safety

• Basic lesson - Preparedness in the home - Safety in the home (Personal safety)

• Basic lesson - Preparedness in the home - Civilians in war

The basic lesson

Goal:

• Knowledge about the threats, risks and the needs which have to be covered to be able to cope with an emergency situation

• Give basic knowledge about the society´s rescources, to save and protect, during crisis in peace and war

Contents:

• What is the course of Selfprotection ?
• The society´s evolvement and vulnerability
• Which are the basic needs?
• Threats and risks, before/ today. The exposion of the individual. In general, but the main point locally.
• Distribute SBF-info about fire.
• Dangerous Goods, radioactivity
• VMA, alarming, the emergency number.
• The safety-net of the society in peace, crisis and war. What do you have to manage to do yourself?
• Totaldefence, laws of duty, civildefence, civilians in war (some).
• The robustness in the society
• The riskline
• Riskanalysis of your home and surroundings
• What can YOU, as an individual, do?
