| 1 oz. Vodka | |
| 1/2 oz. Cointreau | |
| 1 tbsp. lime juice | |
| Splash of Cranberry juice | |
| 1 cup ice cubes | |
| Cocktail shaker | |
| Chilled Martini glass |
Combine all ingredients in the cocktail shaker. Shake gently and
with a steady hand, pour carefully and strain into a Martini glass. Fill it right up to
the rim. For extra flair, float a curl of lime peel in the center of your drink.

This recipe is about as easy and as flexible as you can get. It normally works like this:- Early in the evening you gets heaps of vodka, later in the evening when you least notice it, you get very little vodka!!! Add Coke and top up with the Red Bull (White Shark works a treat too).

6 cl white rum
1/2 lime cut into small pieces
2 cl sugar syrap
6 mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Crush the lime pieces together with the sugar syrap and mint leaves in a whiskey glass.
Pour in the rum and fill the glass with crushed ice. Add a little soda water and stir.

4 cl white rum
1 lime cut into small pieces
1-2 tsp sugar
10 mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Place the mint leaves and sugar in a tall glass. Crush the mint leaves with a spoon. Squeeze in the lime, add the rum, and stir.
Add a couple of ice cubes and fill with soda water.

4.5 cl white rum
1 lime cut into small pieces
2 tsp sugar
3 tblsp lemon (or lime) juice
3 sprigs of fresh mint
Soda water
Ice
Crush some of the mint leaves against the inside of the glass using a spoon. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir.
Add ice to the glass and add the rum. Stir again. Fill with club soda, add the remaining mint leaves and garnish with a slice of lemon.

OK, it's not a cocktail, but you'll need this to get your mojito "happening". Let's face it, anyone can toss a couple of mint leaves in a glass of rum!!!
Step 1
Crush the mint leaves together with the sugar syrup to release as much of the mint into the drink as possible.
Step 2
Leave some of the lime pieces in the drink mixture.
