Flying Guide

Right where shall I begin.........

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...

 

 No sorry been done before and Im not one to imitate...honest.

 

These are my opinions and are by no means LAW
Any damage done to ships while using my tactics is purely coincedental.

 

·                     General Flying Tips

·                     At the start of the game while it say "TRA_xxxxxxx is loading"

press;

     i> F9  =Puts laser charge on plus 1

    ii> r   =Selects nearest enemy

   iii> Xx2 =Selects linked Lasers (Depending on Craft Explained later)

    iv> k   =Brings up killz box

     v> .   =Takes away cockpit giving unrestricted field of vision

    vi>F10x3=(Only in shielded Craft)Puts shield charge to zero making u much faster

 

 

 

·                     In Game

·                     Start shooting at 1.80 range

·                     Use linked lasers when possible (apart from Gunz)

·                     When in head to head move ; left, right, up down anywhere but MOVE some ppl just sit and fly straight while doing head to head YOU WILL GET GIMPED

·                     Move and shoot you really have to practice to get timing right nothing but practice will do here sorry :(

·                     Never shoot straight at them shoot just outside center because Lag makes a Kill zone outside center

·                     When you finish a head to head without killing someone and hes behind you try and get to 1/3rd throttle before he does.

·                     ALWAYS use 1/3rd( [ key...try and put is as a pre-set) throttle in tight turning battles but remember to speed up again afterwards or if your under attack from his wing

·                     Generally you should use linked cannons unless the Lag is terrible then switch to single fire

·                     When using Gunz I tend to use un-linked lasers because of pressing w

·                     Pressing W in Gunz to switch between Lasers and Ions is a necessity

·                     Buy a Joystick you cheap Skates !!!(Well not in game obviously)

 

N.B.

A note on WOW's :

·                     Try and fly 2v2's or you will get no points.

·                     Grab a good wing and learn from him/her(lets be P.C.)

·                     Fly in Gunz to get lots of points.

·                     Dont be gay and fly away to protect a lead.

·                     Feel free not to play someone you know if you play you will get a terrible gubbing off of.

·                     When flying gunz eject(alt+e) when u get disabled to be fair to the person who gave u the kicking

 

·                     A note on NMW's:

·                     Try and fly mission 1-4 and be the imps. Be a T/F and go straight for the Z's

·                     Shoot humans where possibe get them out of the way.

·                     Use radio commands to tell your wing who the human players r tell them to attack your target while having the human player selected

 

·                     A note on 2v2's:

·                     If u see 2 ppl ganging up on your wing shoot the guy that your wings shooting at therefore he will get double firepower in him

·                     Always try and gang up on the one guy.

·                     Use radio commands if your in Trouble.
