Catrin and I met for the first time in the fall of '96 when we ended up in the same high school class. At first we weren't really that close. I believe that was probably because we both had our own friends. But then, as time went by, we realized that we had pretty much in common and that we felt the same about a lot of things. For example, we both love to speak English, and we are, what a lot of people would call, obsessed by the United States. Another thing that we feel very strongly about is a certain TV series that is on every Monday at 9:00 PM. Namely Ally McBeal. We are particularly interested in one of her co-workers.
Another thing that we have in common is the urge to travel. We are both very luck, because we have had the opportunity to see more of the world than most people our age. If there is one thing we could never get enough of, it would be travelling !!
Today I definitely consider Catrin to be one of my very best friends.
After graduating from high school, I believe that she would like to study English at Lund's University for a year and the go off to the States to continue her education at a university there.
I know I am going to miss her a lot when we go our separate ways after graduation, but I hope that we will be able to keep in touch and maybe even visit each other.
I wish her all the luck for the future and I am sure that she will do very well !!
